From there we set up a formal meeting with him and signed him on as our Realtor. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. From the get-go Manny recognized our financial constraints as well as our desires in our first home. He went out of his way to find what was important to us and helped us limit our search to the most likely houses by asking us questions that we wouldn't have thought of on our own. In short time he helped us find our home and guided us through all of the hoops of the purchasing and negotiation process and helped us close on the house without missing a deadline and making sure we were able to obtain all inspections and necessary documentation in time to back out if necessary. If we could give Perry 10 stars, we would. Having been the first time we've gone through the buying/selling process, Perry took his time to explain each and every step of the process. He worked around our schedules and was able to sell our home quickly which enabled us to purchase our dream home!
Perry is also very knowledgeable, taking the time to schedule walkthroughs with us where he discussed points of interest in our new home with us. It was clear he has been in the business for a long time, and was able to accurately find any highlights or areas of concern. Even though his commission was contingent on the sale of our home, he didn't want us to rush into any decisions. Perry truly had our best interests at heart.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Perry. Hopefully I don't leave anything out. We never would have gotten our house in this current real estate climate. When we finally found an appropriate house he knew exactly what to do and despite competition, we got the house. He knew exactly what to negotiate and did that not only to get us the house but to also negotiate for what we wanted and when something hit a tiny snag, he made it come out in our favor. He's a miracle. So is his wife Mona. They both had extensive knowledge of properties and neighborhoods and helped us navigate what to look for and what properties would be unsuitable. My husband and I have been down a long hard road to get here and Perry and his wife were hands down amazing. They truly cared about us and getting us in the right place we could afford and not about their bottom line. They care about helping people get what they need. I am so grateful to have had Perry for our realtor and am blessed to know him and his wife. I would never recommend anyone else or use anyone else.
